1. The service

JourneyBook is a travel memory platform that helps you record journeys and generate structured stories that may later be used for printing. It does not provide flight, hotel, or transport booking.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and username. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account.

3. Privacy & data use

We process basic account data (email, username) to operate your account. Your journey content (text and images) is stored so you can view and edit it, and so administrators can operate the platform when required. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

4. Content ownership

You retain rights to text and images you upload. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content to you and to operate the platform (for example: image compression and story preview). You may delete journeys where the product allows it.

5. Prohibited content

You may not upload unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing material. We may suspend accounts for serious violations.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
